Rai Haris Manzoor of Rawalpindi was born on August 16, 2004. He passed the O-Level exam in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics. Chief of Army Staff, General Raheel Sharif congratulated the high achiever Rai Haris Manzoor, for record result in O- level exam at the youngest age of only nine years. On his request, COAS also permitted him to spend a day with Pakistan Army in the field as Youngest Captain ever. Mr. Haris is serving as “Child Ambassador” in the National Youth Assembly.
