Local planning authorities have an important part to play in both developing and maintaining communities, townscapes and landscapes. They are there for a good reason and by and large do a good job in regulating what does or doesn’t get built. But, there are also good reasons why the rules should be questioned and decisions challenged.

I help people to gain planning permission for improvements, extensions and new building schemes when it might not initially seem possible. I have a thorough understanding of the regulations and understand what hurdles might need to be jumped. If a scheme is unlikely to be passed, I will be able to advise how it might be modified. If a plan has already been rejected, I can advise on necessary modifications to help secure a worthwhile outcome.

Please get in contact if you already have an idea you’d like to submit for planning.
